During a weekend in may the Svarte Petter E-litter had a training camp. Even other Svarte Petters were welcome, which was nice for us that have aunt Disa.

It was a beautiful environment we stayed in. With a search field and tracking ground near by. There also was a field for obedience training.

Ruffa, Disa, Bella, Argus, Edvin and Ronja was practising search. Here it is Ruffa that is training. She has found and marked Susanne that was totally hidden.

Grandfather Rhizto with owner came to see the offspring. It became an occasion to take a picture of three generations with grandpa Rhizto in the middle, mother Ruffa in the front at the left side and behind on a line was from left side Diva, Edvin, Essan, Bazco, Argus and aunt Disa.

Bazco, Essan, Diva, Tyson, Argus and Bella practised tracking. The tracks were made in varying length and difficulties! The fight about who was the worst track layer was severe. But the one that almost got lost probably wins:-)

With the kind of dogs that we have (a lot of temperament) it is necessary to practice "stay put" a lot. Actually, every command that contains the word (or meaning of) stay needs patient practising. A lot of.

We divided the group in two for tactical reasons. (The youngsters are not really reliable yet and the two adult bitches has a bit of an evil eye to each other and would certainly catch the moment...)

The dogs shall feel safe and not wait for anything else to happen than the owner coming back praising them.
